This is by far the most impressive 'gun I've ever seen!

Splat Attack is well known for it's Revenge Series of markers. The new version (2.0) takes everything to a whole new level. Based on the new AKA Merlin body, this 'gun was designed from the start to be an ultra-low pressure Autococker. The body is very high flow (what else would you expect from AKA). It is vertical feed with a "Reverse P-Block".

When I opened the box, I found a padded gun bag with the Revenge logo silk screened on the side. Inside was the most beautiful anodizing job I have seen. The metal surface is silky smooth, and the anodizing looks almost 3D. The color is called "Blue & Silver Acid Wash with Black Sponge". The pictures cannot show you the depth that I see.

I assembled everything (including the Armageddon and Armson Pro-Dot Sight) and gassed it up. I should note that my gun is the First Production Model Revenge 2.0 to be released. In fact, the serial number is ML0033....which is very low even for Merlins! Normally I would expect a few bugs. But, when I gassed it up, there wasn't a single leak and the gun fired perfectly. I purposely left the 'gun gassed up and the Armageddon still has the same amount of pressure as when I left it 24 hours ago.

The biggest visible difference is the new grip frame, timing rod and 4-way location. Normally a 'Cocker has the 4-way located on the right side of the front block, with the timing rod running parallel and close to the body. Then it attaches to the trigger-plate. The new Ultimate Revenge 2.0 uses a center-line 4-way and timing rod. Besides the different look, the new configuration prevents restriction of the timing rod and should reduce strain on the 4-way. The trigger is light with a bit of snap (just the way I like it).

It's been several years now and this is STILL my primary marker and I've had absolutely NO problems with it. Certainly a testiment to AKA quality and Splatt Attack's setup! I've estimated that well over 100 cases of paint have been shot through it. Sure it has some minor wear, most noticably on the back block, but otherwise you'd never know it has been through so much paint! Though I've disassembled it many times, it's never been re-timed. This was certainly the best purchase I ever made in paintball!
